The first time you use the service you will be required to bring proof of identification and to fill in a short registration form. The staff will then show you your equipment and will be pleased to train you in how to use it safely. The whole process should take no longer than fifteen to thirty minutes and once you feel confident, then off you go!

You will only be required to complete a practice drive for the first time of use, but will be required to confirm that your health had not deteriorated since the previous visit and to declare any other additional circumstances that may affect your ability to operate the equipment safely.

It is recommended that, once you are enrolled into the system (whether you are a temporary or annual member), you ring the centre in advance to book your equipment to guarantee that it will be available for you when you require it.
